Wear Pink & Make the Boys Wink

I am finally back with some great outfit posts. I have been self-shooting outfit posts for the longest time waiting to have a break to take some pictures. I finally found time but it rained all week long! Today after work, my friend Gillian helped me take some pictures! She was so nice and did honestly an amazing job with the photography. We traveled all around Richmond for these photos but this particular outfit was shot at Maymont par in the Japanese garden.

I styled my J.Crew chino oxford shorts from years back with this seersucker blouse from Elizabeth Wilson Designs. I received this top last year and honestly it took a while to get to me. We set up the collaboration in March and I didn't receive the top until late September when I was already away at college. Despite its late arrival, I will say I do love the top! It's lined which I love, and the bell sleeves are amazing. It has a high ruffle collar but it it covers a little bit of my face so I folded it under.

I love the pink on pink look! I think although it is a lot of pink, it's not too much. The gold glitter belt is a nice break between the two pinks and really ties in with my gold gladiator sandals from Lilly Pulitzer. These wrap up sandals are amazing!! I wear them to work almost every shift because they are so comfy and cute. The did take a little while to break in, but once you do they'll be set for the rest of time!
