Fall fashion is my favorite out of the entire year but for a college girl, the shopping seasons falls at the worst time. Even though I want to shop for new clothes, I have to buy books, pay for utilities, groceries, sorority dues etc. I know that so many of my readers are also budget shoppers and love a good deal when they find one.
