I love sharing my new faves in fashion and today I'm back with six of my favorites I have stumbled across these past few weeks on Instagram and the internet. A few are a little trendier than most would imagine, but my style is growing and aging with me. I am and (imagine) I will always be classically preppy, but I am excited to experiment with some trendier pieces as the seasons change.
I have so been enjoying the autumnal hues that have come along this season. The leaves are starting to change and so are everyone's closets. I have already pulled forward my vests and sweaters, despite it still being in the low 80's here in Virginia. I am also planning on going home pretty soon to grab a few more sweaters and tops to match the cooler weather. One of my favorite colors this fall has been deep green. Julia Engel shared this outfit on Instagram a few days ago and seriously, I swooned. Everything from her trendy beret to her houndstooth skirt, and over the knee boots makes this outfit perfect. I already am planning so many outfits with my OTK boots, just y'all wait and see how I style them!
| J. Crew Mini Skirt | Kate Spade Lottie | Halogen Sweater | J. Crew Factory Loafer | J. Crew Factory Fisherman | Vineyard Vines Mock Turtleneck | I have been searching all over the place for a great pair of camel colored loafers and I finally found them. They're linked below with prices so you can shop them too. These suede tassel loafers are perfect with a striped tee and jeans or with a skirt and blouse. They're incredible comfortable and offered at a great price. I knew that I had to share them with everyone. They're almost identical to my cheetah loafers with the black tassels that I found at Target a few years back. I share them all the time and receive so many questions about them. These camel loafers are also offered in classic black too, which will last year round throughout all four seasons.
In this post I am also sharing the most incredible fisherman sweater. Last October, I was on the hunt for a great Fisherman and finally found one at a great price and in my size at J. Crew Factory. I found it in the mens section actually, but it is by far my favorite sweater for fall. It's cozy and comfy but doesn't swallow me whole. I love how classic it looks and the best part is that because it's from J. Crew Factory, it won't break your bank if you decide to purchase it. J. Crew Factory has the sweater listed just under $100 but I purchased mine for $49 and right now it's on sale for $78. You just have to keep your eye on the prices every few days.
