After 10 days of stress, sinus infections, raging migraines, and meetings I think I'm finally back on my daily schedule. I've been really stressed these past few days and frankly, the blog just wasn't at the top of my priorities list. My three day bedrest from the world's worst migraine didn't really help me either. Today I'm back to share with you some of my favorites from this past week...some of the most positive things that pulled me though my rough last few days.

That 70's Show -- How did I not know about this show until last week. I know everyone has already seen it but for those who are like me, and have seen it on Netflix but never had a desire to watch it...stop what you're doing and binge this show. It's a comedy revolving around high schoolers in the 70's. It reminds me of Friends just a few decades before. I watched it all this weekend when I couldn't force myself to sleep anymore. I watched an entire season in three days which wasn't too difficult to do.

"Oldies But Goodies" Spotify Playlist -- I found this playlist by accident the other day when searching for another playlist on Spotify. It's one of those playlists that the people at Spotify created. It features older, more low-key songs by Coldplay, The Fray, and Taylor Swift (old t-swift, best t-swift).

Affordable Mules -- I loved the mule trend last Fall but by the time it really caught on with me, it was almost over. I didn't feel like spending a ton of money on a pair of shoes that potentially could only be a one season thing. I am so pleased to see that the mule trend came back just as strong as it was last Fall. Now, stores with more affordable prices came up with their own take on the horse bit mule. This pair from Target is a great #prepforless at just $23. I just purchased my own pair of these on Thursday and shared them along with a ton of other Fall Trends at Target yesterday!

Suede Camel Loafer --I have been searching for this loafer for years. This camel color is perfect and the little tassels on the front are so flirty and fun. They're from J. Crew Factory which means that the price is super reasonable but the style is also really affordable. J. Crew Factory also makes these shoes in grey and black so if camel isn't your first pick in colors, there are a ton of other options.

Vogue's 73 Questions with Zac Efron -- I tweeted a few days ago that this was the best thing to happen to me all week. That might be a bit of an exaggeration but seriously, I love Zac Efron. My mom and I both are really big fans of his, and let's be honest I drop everything when High School Musical comes on TV. He looked so cute in his black t shirt and I am so happy to see Vogue hosting men on their 73 Questions series because the past few have all been women. It's cool to see influential men in fashion too.

Plaid Alphabet Mug -- I am already listening to Christmas music (I know, I'm crazy!) and have started shopping for Christmas presents. I was on Pottery Barn a few days ago looking for some cute mugs for the holidays and these plaid alphabet mugs are so great. They're also SUPER inexpensive. They're on sale right now for $6 and have most letters. The plaid is so classic and I love the gold detailing as well. Get them now, before they're gone!

xx,

Lucy
