Nashville, Here I Come!
It's been years since I did anything over spring break besides work or catch up on sleep. I'm so excited to be spending this year's spring break in Nashville with my family. Every calendar in my family synced up pretty well to where all six of us can convene in Nashville for a few days.
I've never been to Nashville, but it's always been on my bucket list of cities to visit. I swear if I don't line dance at least once a day while I'm there, then I didn't to the trip justice. During our trip, it's going to be sunny but chilly mandating pants and boots for the majority of the time exploring. Nashville is a pretty casual town too, so there's no need to pack dresses and skirts either. With every outfit, I will be wearing my Barbour Beadnell jacket. I received this jacket for Christmas and have worn it almost everyday since! I linked it down below!
Outfit 1:
For day one in Nashville, I will be wearing a black turtleneck bodysuit with my Madewell high waisted jeans. This is a simple, chic look that's perfect for walking around town. I particularly love styling bodysuits for active days like sightseeing because I don't have to worry about them coming untucked our riding up as I move.
I'm styling this look with a few layered gold necklaces and my leopard Tretorn sneakers along with my Madewell medium chunky hoops. Although the town is all about cowboy boots, I won't be breaking those out until day two!
Outfit 2:
My look for day two is a little more bundled up than day one's. For this look, I am styling my chunky v-neck gray sweater from H&M with my Target Wild Fable high waisted black jeans. This look is styled with my white ankle boots with a point toe. To add a statement to a rather neutral look, I am styling the look with my double buckle black and silver belt, also from the Wild Fable collection at Target.
If you are looking to experiment with your style or try new trends, I highly suggest the Wild Fable collection at Target. Some of the items are a little too out there for me so I tend to stay away from the highlighter yellow items or the items with the glitter thread, but for affordable denim and accessories, this is a great place to start. I have loved a lot of their black and white tops too!
Outfit 3:
My last outfit in Nashville is pretty similar to day one's look. I will be styling a camel brown turtleneck sweater with my Madewell high waisted jeans. This outfit will be styled with my brown cowboy boots from Cavenders. I got a lot of questions about these on my Instagram from a few days ago. I purchased them a year ago in Texas, but here is a similar pair. I love styling my boots with shorts and cute top at tailgates or with leggings and a oversized sweatshirt for long days on campus.
As for accessories, I'm keeping this look simple with a pair of gold tube hoops.
